Refer a Patient

For when the patient cannot answer: a child, or an adult too unwell to reply.

Please attach the imaging and reports, if available. Dr. Gayao reviews them before seeing the patient.

Dr. Gayao will look at the films or the Radiology CD/USB themselves, not only the report. Ask the patient to bring them to the consultation.

Not for anything urgent. Bring the patient to the nearest emergency room, or admit them where you are.
